We are in the era of Big Data. Science in healthcare study is facing such a challenge of How to uncover hidden patterns from such a huge and heterogeneous amount of omics data allows the creation of predictive models for real-life applications. The main issue is the need of improved bioinformatics solutions to manage, access and interpret data. In this talk, I will clarify different types of cancers on cellular and molecular levels. Perspective on synthetic biology, and iGEM (The International Genetically Engineered Machine) will be discussed.
